Abiola Orojo is the Chief Executive Officer and lead Consultant of Alex & Jefferson Consulting. She is an accomplished Banker and a seasoned Human Resources Practitioner. Her banking career spans 28 years of which she spent the last 18 years with Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc, where she held various managerial roles in Banking operations and Branch banking for a period of 5 years. She made a career change while in Stanbic IBTC, into Human resources in 2002, when she took up the role of Head, Learning & Development. With over 13 years’ experience in the Human resources, she has acquired specialist knowledge in Strategic Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, Change Management and Business Partnering.

She has a first degree in Economics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a professional member of Society of Human Resources management (SHRM, USA) and certified as SHRM’s Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). 

Folasade Adebayo, studied B.Sc. (Hons.) Applied Economics at North East London Polytechnic (now University of East London Educated, Law at the University of Kent, (B.A. (Hons.) and M.A. International Relations. She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. She commenced a career at Eko International Bank Plc (now Skye Bank Plc) 1988-1994 and rose to the position of Head of Legal Services. She became Company Secretary/Legal Adviser: Nigerian Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc (NIBSS) 1994-1999; Magnum Trust Bank Plc, 1999-2005; Sterling Bank Plc, 2006-2009. She rose to the position of General Manager in Sterling Bank Plc until December 2011. She is a professional Member of Nigerian Bar Association, Senior Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). She is also a qualified Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London, UK.

Doris Iyere is a highly experienced professional and seasoned work place learning practitioner with over two decades of banking experience in diverse areas as follows: Learning and performance consulting, Human Resources and Admin, Branch and treasury operations, and consumer banking. The wealth of experience garnered over the years   has enabled her to contribute significantly to business performance within the organization by ensuring consistent alignment of learning to business strategy.

Her areas of expertise include competency frameworks / learning road maps, global learning and strategy. She   resigned   her appointment with Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc as the Head learning and Strategy in May 2016 to set up her consulting and training Firm, Imperial Consulting Ltd 

An astute facilitator – certified internationally by   Trideco   PTY of South Africa and   has facilitated several work places learning sessions. She is a member of   Society   for Human   Resources   (SHRM)   USA.   An Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) USA.

 

Doris holds a B.A degree in English from Edo State University, Ekpoma (now Ambrose Alli University) and an M.A degree in English literature from the University of Ibadan.

Patience Ayanyemi  is a seasoned Human Resources professional, with over 14 years broad-based experience and hands-on in Customer Relationship Management, Recruitment, Training, HR Strategy development and implementation, Performance Management, Human Resources departmental start-ups, restructuring and proven ability to work with senior management team to integrate the human resource function within the overall business operating strategy. She has a Master Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations. Prior to joining the Courier and Logistics industry, she previously worked as Head of Human Resources in Zone 4 Energy Limited, Wapic Insurance PLC and managed the Training school of the Human Resources Division of MTN Communications Limited.  In the recent time, she has been engaged by Board of Directors of different companies to drive HR strategy and initiatives.  She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
