With several years’ experience in coaching for large corporations, such as Etisalat, and other small businesses, her strength and area of expertise is in personal development & performance coaching. She has also worked as a HR Consultant and led several Training Programs for a range of private and public sector organizations in Nigeria.

Bolajoko Bayo-Ajayi is a marketing veteran with 18+ years’ experience having worked with some of the world’s biggest multinationals. She started her career at Guinness Nigeria PLC in 1999, a decision that heralded many years of exciting and rewarding customer service and marketing practice. She left Guinness Nigeria PLC in 2006 to join Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited. While in Coca-Cola, she drove the turnaround of the flavors portfolio and returned it to growth after many years of steady decline. She launched an innovative consumer below the line engagement platform on Sprite that gained recognition globally within the organization, leading to a replication and adaptation across other markets.
She has managed global brands in the portfolio of the Coca-Cola Company and Guinness and nurtured them to achieve sustainable growth by employing best-in-class processes, tools, and methodologies. Her work experience has exposed her to various world class processes, trainings and global best practices; an experience that has broadened her perspectives and thinking. Bolajoko is passionate about people development and has served as a mentor and coach to many people at work and in her secular life. She left Coca-Cola in 2015 to set up private practice and currently manages Purple Pearl Consulting, a Marketing Consulting company providing full-fledged marketing services in strategy development, brand building and creation & execution of innovative ideas that sustainably grow market share. Bolajoko is passionate about building brands and believes that the marketing principles can be applied to practically every facet of life.
Bolajoko found coaching and got certified at the Coaching Academy UK, qualifying with a distinction in Personal Performance Coaching. She is passionate about supporting people, especially young girls who are struggling with low- self-esteem and confidence issues. This passion also led to the establishment of the EveryGirl Empowered Foundation; a foundation focused on building the confidence of the girl child.
Bolajoko studied Economics at the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife graduating in 1997 with a second class Upper degree and holds an MBA from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She also holds a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (U.K.). She is a member of many professional bodies; Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), Chartered member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Advertisers Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON) and Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ).
